Introduction

Domaine de Bendel, Cotes de Provence Rose – a clean, fresh, bright fruit wine, not intended for long-term storage. The blend of wine includes traditional varieties of the Cte de Provence region: Grenache, Senso, Syrah, Carignano and Mourvedre. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately sent to the winery, where fruits are pressed before dawn at the lowest possible temperature in order to preserve the juicy fruitiness. The resulting juice is stored in the cold. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in steel vats. Before bottling, the Cote de Provence Ros is kept on a fine sediment without oxygen.
