Wine Vicente Gandia, “Con un Par” Viura-Sauvignon Blanc, Utiel-Requena DOP, 2022

Introduction

“Con un Par” – monosortovoe wine from the grape variety Albario, which, according to the manufacturer, is “the perfect wine, in case you decide to spend an evening with friends and eat a couple of lobsters.” Interestingly, the taste of wine can be divided into two separate sensations: the basic colors, the weight and texture of the taste is similar to Italian Pinot Gris, and the aftertaste has a vibrant acidity and saltiness even inherent Riesling.
Wine “Con un Par” won the silver medal at the “Premium Select Wine Challenge” in Germany, “Concours Mondial Bruxelles” in Belgium and the contest “Vynodienos” in Lithuania.
