Introduction

Wakefield, “Promised Land” Chardonnay – dry white wine from Chardonnay grapes from South Australia. “Promised Land” – the wine is named after a special plot of land, the purchase of which back in 1969, Bill Taylors agreed with his neighbor. After 20 years, the land began to belong to the family. When planting the first vineyards in the soil, fossilized seahorses were discovered, which served as the logo of the label. At the end of the harvest, the berries are pressed, followed by vinification, passing with strict temperature control.
