Introduction

Wohlmuth wine “Steinriegl” Sauvignon Blanc is made from the grape variety of Sauvignon Blanc, which grows on hills with a strong slope, at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level. Harvest carefully collected by hand. After maceration for 4-8 hours grapes are very carefully and slowly pressed. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 19-21 C in stainless steel tanks. Wine aging on sediment is also carried out in steel vats.
“Steinrigle” Sauvignon Blanc has a rich fruity-spicy aroma and elegant taste, the wine is well combined with vegetables, vegetarian lasagna, ravioli with mozzarella stuffed with pepper.
